Q: Does it cost a school any money to us A Better Fundraiser's website to raise funds?
A: No. There are no up-front costs or hidden fees associated with using A Better Fundraiser's program.
Q: How do I enroll my school?
A: We have a comprehensive listing of most public and private schools in the United States. Check here to see if your school is on our list.
Q: We need to raise money for our non-profit organization (i.e, sport team, religious organization, club etc). Can we use A Better Fundraiser? How do we sign up?
A: Just send an email to info@abetterfundraiser.com or send us a message through our web support form. Be sure to include the complete name associated with your non-profit organization so we can verify the status with the IRS before adding your organization to the list.
Q: How are new products added?
A: All products are reviewed for content to assure that they are rated E (for everyone). A Better Fundraiser takes a minimum of 7 days to test and review every product before it is available for purchase.
Q: Will there be prizes?
A: Prize incentives are not available at this time.
Q: I am a game developer and want to sell my game on your website. How do I contact you?
A: Game developers can just send an email to info@abetterfundraiser.com or send us a message through our web support form. Be sure to include your company name, website and email contact information. We always looking for new and exciting software products.
Q: Who keeps track of the contributions and when are the funds distributed?
A: A Better Fundraiser automatically calculates your contribution based on a pre-determined amount per product (up to 30% of the sales price). Each non-profit receives a quarterly payment and report for their records. There is a 7% administration fee for cash donations.
Q: How do I report a website error?
A: You can report website errors by sending an email to support@abetterfundraiser.com. Please be as specific as possible when describing the error.
Q: When I make a cash donation, what does A Better Fundraiser do?
A: A Better Fundraiser will send a check quarterly to the charity you specified, less a 7% administration fee.
